Property Maintenance Person - Full Time - Dargaville

Location: Radius Baycare, 361 Puketona Rd, Haruru Falls, Paihia 0200Hours of work: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the role:Ensure the facility and grounds are well maintained and presented. Provide ongoing maintenance according to the annual plan, ensuring timely and efficient upkeep of plant and buildings. Undertake minor carpentry, painting and redecorating tasks as required.
Liaise with residents and facility management to solve any general maintenance issues. Manage external contractors.

- Trade Certificate in a relevant field (or experience in a similar role)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and building systems
- Proven experience in minor carpentry, painting and redecoration
- Experience in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs
- Organised, with attention to detail and a systematic, proactive approach
- Current NZ Driver’s License
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to attend a course)
