Medical Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, capable, and detail-oriented person to join our small, supportive health clinic as a part-time medical receptionist. This role involves approximately 15 hours per week, with the essential flexibility to increase hours during school holidays and to help cover leave when needed.
We’re looking for someone who:- Has experience with computer systems and is comfortable learning new software
- Ideally has worked with patient management systems and accounting software (e.g. Xero)
- Is warm, friendly, and professional in a client-facing role
- Brings excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Is flexible and happy to help cover extra hours when colleagues are on leave
