The prime responsibilities of this role are, to ensure accurate medical information is recorded and maintained, while supporting the team with day-to-day administration duties, including reception, internal and external schedules and appointments, travel bookings and database management.This is a rewarding and challenging position within an environment that will stretch your skills and offer you ongoing support.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceOur ideal candidate will have:A sound working knowledge of computerised systems and keyboard skillsExperience using Medtec and Microsoft Officer products such as Word and ExcelKnowledge or understanding of working with SAPAn ability to develop and improve efficienciesHigh level customer service skillsBe able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, in both verbal and writtenExperience as a Healthcare Assistant would be greatly beneficialFamiliarity with health systems and medical terminology would be advantageousIf you are a team player with the ability to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining patient confidentiality, this will be the key to outstanding delivery.Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.Utu ā-tau | SalaryThe salary steps for this position are $64,717 & $68,434.
