Part-Time Retail Assistant / Duty Manager
Super Liquor Huntly is a locally owned and operated liquor store located in Huntly, Waikato. We are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service
- Operating the POS system and handling sales transactions
- Receiving deliveries and stocking shelves
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Following our strict ID and compliance policies
- Supporting sales, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Physically fit, as some lifting is required
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- We are open 7 days a week
- Some shifts may finish as late as 10:00 PM
- Duty Manager Certificate preferred but not essential
- Training can be provided for the right person
