Cleaner

The role requires travel within the region, and the cost of travel and fuel will be covered by the employer.

Key Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping a variety of floor surfaces.
• Dust and clean ceilings, light fittings, furniture, and other fixtures to maintain a tidy environment.
• Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen areas, sinks, toilets, and high-touch surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of waste and rubbish in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean interior and exterior windows as required to maintain a presentable appearance.
• Liaise with the line manager to ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and materials.
• Identify and promptly report any damage, breakages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
• Notify the line manager of any maintenance or repair issues without delay.
• Carry out any additional cleaning duties as reasonably directed by management.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week, and you will be paid between $25 to $28 per hour.

Other Requirements:

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
• A valid Driver’s Licence as you may be required to drive the company’s vehicle.
• Available to work on weekends and late evening shifts as required.
• Physically fit and able to carry out a range of cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) criminal record check .
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
