This role will focus on getting things done, with and through others- knowing which key decisions need to be made, where to influence, when to collaborate, and when to delegate.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringKey requirements of the role include: Experience managing and leading people leaders.
Proven experience in leading high performing teams specialising in large scale, high value, multi-million dollar, contracting and procurement with a track record of delivering successfully and building capability.
Background in process planning- including how to set up systems and processes to ensure efficient service delivery with a focus on quality and risk management.
Strong problem resolution and risk management skills
- able to clearly identify problems, seek alternative solutions, identify risks and benefits, seek input from others and provide sound advice based on these considerations.
Significant proven experience in delivery, programme and project management, management of suppliers, and a deep understanding of best practice.
Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
