Complete Flooring is seeking a reliable and experienced Carpet & Vinyl Installer to join our team. As a Carpet & Vinyl Installer, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing a range of flooring products
• Preparing subfloors to ensure a perfect finish
• Installing carpet and vinyl (sheet and tile), including coved vinyl where required
• Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications
• Working independently and alongside a team to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety on every job
• Interacting professionally with clients and team members

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in flooring installation, especially carpet and vinyl
• Skills in coved vinyl installation are a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a high-quality finish
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Good time management and the ability to work independently
• A full or restricted clean driver’s license
• A commitment to safe work practices and a tidy work ethic
