Due to our workload rapidly increasing, we are looking for installers to join our team. At Premier Insulation, we have worked very hard to build our name to stand out as being reliable, efficient, and the most trusted in town. We now need staff that can live up to these standards to help us deliver.
We won’t sugar coat it; this position is very full on. We need someone who is physically fit and comfortable with being in tight and dark places. You get to travel all over the Waikato region on a daily basis so being flexible with finish times is a must.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, hardworking, and reliable. Someone who is looking for a permanent role and can commit to working with our existing team of installers.
Existing insulation installation experience is not required, however it is an advantage.

About you:
The ideal candidate must be able to:
• determining plasterboard layout, and installing insulation and vapour barriers
• measuring, marking and cutting plasterboard, lifting and positioning panels, and securing them to walls, ceilings...
pay - no temporary or contracting work.
• 30 hours guaranteed each week (but extra hours if you want them).
• per meter rates
• $1.80-2.00/m ceiling/underfloor insulation,
• $1.00/m GVB
• $0.80/m foil removal
• the more you install per hour...
