Due to being awarded a new project, an 8 Storey apartment block, this reputable main contractor is seeking an experienced site manager.
About the Role:As the Site Manager, working under the Site based PM, you will have an opportunity to be on site from day one until handing over the keys!
The site will be yours, you will have full control of all site works, while working closely with the Project Manager.
What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects as the main contractor.
Trade background as a carpenter/builder or construction management qualifications preferred.Proven track record of completing projects.
Salary $150k - $170k plus a company vehicle with fuel card.
