Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with an excellent focused civils business. Their business is their people and have a history spanning over 9 years of safely delivering civil projects.

As one of Auckland's expanding privately-owned civil contractors, they offer career opportunities across central Auckland, as well as south and north of Auckland.

Our client is an excellent urban development contractor delivering, sub divisions. infrastructure upgrades to residential and light commercial development projects.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to energise a collaborative team across the delivery of a portfolio of projects in Auckland and across the region.

You will provide onsite site management and support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements across your portfolio of projects.

With a robust pipeline of projects ahead, you will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture. You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and proven technical expertise to:

• Effectively deliver programming, staging and construction methodologies
• Achieve compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards
• Manage team outputs across
• Build effective relationships with repeat clients and consultants
• Ensure a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter:

• Related construction qualification
• 5 - 8+ years' experience in the civil construction industry
• Experience in residential subdivisions, earthworks, drainage, retaining walls and road construction
• Collaborative management style to build a close outcome focused team
• Commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Stakeholder and client engagement experience.
