Support Staff – Awake Night Shift (Woolston) - Christchurch

- 80 hours per fortnight (Four nights per week)
- $23.99 – $29.10 per hour (depending on qualifications), plus $2.00 per hour night shift allowance
About the role:
We're seeking a dedicated Awake Night Shift Support Staff member to join our team. This is a sole-charge role, providing high-quality overnight support for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
Shift Schedule- Working Nights: Thursday night through Monday night
- Shift Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Awake overnight shift)
- Total Hours: 80 hours per fortnight
About You
Ideally, you will hold the NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 (or equivalent). More importantly, you bring:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with intellectual disabilities
- A full New Zealand driver's licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy
