Full-Time Chef and Full-Time Duty Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a passion for food, and previous experience in busy kitchen. You’ll be responsible for designing menus, preparing meals, managing kitchen staff(in future), and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update seasonal menus with innovative, high-quality dishes.Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage food preparation, portion sizes, and overall presentation.
Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food cost and waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or head cook (minimum 3 years preferred).Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail in presentation and taste.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or equivalent training is a plus.
