Work Supervisor / Civil Carpenter - Christchurch

Are you a highly skilled Form Worker or Civil Carpenter with a strong background in all types of foundations? Join our dynamic and growing team where your expertise will be valued and rewarded!

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced form worker/civil carpenter who can confidently interpret plans, set out and

build formwork for a variety of foundation systems including:

• Raft slabs
• Strip footings
• Retaining walls
• Suspended slabs

You’ll be part of a crew that takes pride in delivering top-quality work on time and to spec.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil formwork and foundation construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings
• Experience with a wide range of formwork systems (traditional, modular, etc.)
• Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
• Full Class 1 Driver's license

Bonus if you have:

• Experience Managing Multiple teams
• Experience in Architectural builds
• Experience on Multi-level hillside dwellings
• First Aid certificate
• Sitesafe or Construct safe
