Croplands Sprayshop is on the lookout for a Customer Service & Parts Support superstar to join our Hastings team. We’re a family-owned business and a trusted name in horticultural spray equipment sales and servicing, supporting dealers across New Zealand.
What You’ll Be Doing- Helping our dealer network with parts and product enquiries
- Taking calls and responding to emails
- Processing parts orders accurately
- Supporting customer records and admin tasks
- Working closely with a supportive, down-to-earth team
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence with admin tasks and computer systems
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and happy working independently
- Customer service experience is preferred, but attitude is key
- Competitive pay based on your experience
