Handyman/Builder and Lawns
Casual Contract - Full Time Hours (PAYE)
Hybrid role between building works, handyman tasks, lawn mowing and landscaping. The core business is property maintenance and we have a mix of project work and ongoing regular services, particularly for mowing and gardening. Project works include various building activities and property maintenance tasks.

Ideally, an experienced builder with transferrable skills and a good base fitness. You must be able to build fences start to finish, replace weatherboards, all while coming up with creative solutions with client needs. The range of work requires you to think on your feet and keep things moving.
You can't be afraid of physical work as there is plenty of it. Gardening, lawn mowing and hedge pruning is also in the mix of work.
Who should not apply?Please do not apply if you cannot confidently lead with your proven building experience. Reluctance to accept those without qualifications, but if you understand the building code and best practices feel free to apply.
The right person must be experienced and be able to work proficiently, either in a team, or running solo.
Use of company vehicle (GPS tracked vehicles) and tools comes with the role. Based in Howick (East Auckland), however we get between Central, Eastern and Southern suburbs often.
