We are looking to hire handyman for our company based in Auckland. This is a full-time
permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position
Carry out minor property repairs and maintenance as requested.
Follow New Zealand health and safety regulations and site requirements.
Removing excess rubbish from properties before settlements when required.
A good level of physical fitness and strength.
Good knowledge of general building and maintenance work.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Ensure property lawns are mowed, trimmed and gardens are well maintained.
Perform general maintenance and minor repair work (e.g., carpentry, painting, plastering, minor plumbing, and laboring). Carry out minor property repairs and maintenance as requested.
Follow New Zealand health and safety regulations and site requirements.
Removing excess rubbish from properties before settlements when required.
Additional duties as requested by the Management from time to time.
Skills we require: A minimum of 1 year experience working as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a
similar role. A good level of physical fitness and strength.
Good knowledge of general building and maintenance work.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
