Living Waters Medical Solutions is a local, family-owned health provider delivering services across primary care clinics and aged residential care in Whanganui and Palmerston North.
We are currently seeking nursing staff to join our teams across different settings. Opportunities are available in Aged Residential Care and Primary Care Clinics, depending on your experience, scope, and interests.

Available roles
Registered Nurse – Aged Residential Care (ARC)
Location: WhanganuiHours: Full or Part-time (32-40 hours per week, negotiable)
Contract options: Permanent or Fixed-term
You will work at Springvale Manor, providing compassionate, high-quality clinical care to residents in a warm, homely environment, alongside caregivers and clinical leadership.
Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse / Nurse Prescriber – Primary Care Clinics
Location: Whanganui or Palmerston NorthHours: Full-time or part-time (flexible)
Contract options: Permanent, Fixed-term, or Casual
You will work within a general practice setting, supporting patient care alongside GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and administration staff. Roles will be aligned to scope of practice, with appropriate clinical supervision and support.
This role may include:- Patient assessments and clinical support within scope
- Chronic care, recalls, and preventative health activities
- Working off Standing Orders to scope of practice
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to support equitable access to care

About you
You will have:- Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current APC
- A commitment to person-centred, culturally safe care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Aged Residential Care: VCare and InterRAI trained or willing to undertake training
- Primary Care Clinics:
Willingness to work within scope and clinical governance frameworks
