Join our team at **Transport Wholesale Ltd (TWL)** in Hamilton as a Parts Junior, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our leading truck and trailer brand while kickstarting your career in the transport industry!
**Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include**- Building customer relations to position the Branch as the supplier of choice
- Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter
- Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales
- Checking off incoming goods and putting them away
- Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock

You will engage in a two-year MITO training programme that leads to a National Certificate in Automotive Parts & Accessories (Level 3), along with pay increases as you earn credits.
Upon completion, your title will change to Customer Service Rep. You will also have:
