Are you a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills? We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join a high-impact project focused on modernising and improving resource modelling for court resourcing.

What you’ll do:

• Assess and validate the logic behind existing Excel-based resource models.
• Review and ensure models are fit for purpose, with potential rebuilds using R or SAS.
• Identify and document assumptions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide clear recommendations and advice on resourcing requirements.
• Present findings and socialise advice across key stakeholder groups.

Skills and experience:

• Strong systems and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in modelling and data analysis (R or SAS preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
