Key Duties in This Role Include:
  • Administrative support to the Corporate, Projects and Airports teams.
  • Assist in the running of the corporate office in Kaikohe and the airports office in Kerikeri.
  • Work with our Executive Assistant team to deliver administrative support across the organisation.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with external contacts and suppliers.
  • Handling information collation, report writing, correspondence and database management.
  • Manage travel arrangements, equipment training and operations.
  • Word processing, maintaining databases and supporting office communications.

  • A high level of organisation and a proactive nature.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong self-management with a solution-orientated approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
