The Role
This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on, varied accounts role where no two weeks are quite the same. Primarily supporting the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:- Accounts payable and invoicing
- Data entry and inventory reconciliation
- General accounts and administration tasks
- Supporting senior management, farm managers and external partners
- It’s a role with structure — but also plenty of scope to shape it and make it your own.
We’re after someone with a strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a friendly, down-to-earth approach.
Ideally, you’ll bring:- Experience in accounts payable and invoicing (Xero or similar systems preferred)
- Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- Great communication and relationship-building ability
- Confidence working solo at times, as well as being part of a small, supportive team
- Bonus points for experience in farming or agri-business,
- Minute-taking experience is also a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
