ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Digital Marketing Designer, you will sit at the intersection of digital product, brand and customer engagement. You will craft compelling visual communications and seamless journeys that guide customers from first interaction through to ongoing engagement.This is a hands on role where you will influence how the brand shows up across digital platforms while ensuring consistency, clarity and impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design of end to end customer journeys across website, mobile and customer portals
- Create high quality visual assets for campaigns, lifecycle communications and product launches
- Evolve and maintain the digital design system to ensure brand consistency
- Partner with marketing, product and technology teams to bring concepts to life
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and user flows to test and refine ideas
- Use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve engagement
- Support usability testing and translate findings into practical design enhancements
- 5+ years experience in product, UX, or digital design
- Proven experience designing across web and mobile platforms
- Strong visual design capability across typography, layout and responsive design
- Experience producing campaign or marketing creative within brand guidelines
- Confidence presenting design concepts and explaining rationale to stakeholders
