Office Manager - Christchurch
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Christchurch.
As an Office manager, you shall be responsible for a range of tasks that make an office run smoothly, including administrative duties, staff supervision and financial work.

Pay rate- $24 per hour depending on your profile
Working Hours- 30 to 40 Per week and Weekend availability is required.
Your duties will be:-
Supervise and plan the work of other administrative staff.
Interview and train staff.
Manage budgets, accounts, payroll, and prepare financial reports.
Ensure the office meets health and safety requirements.
Manage facilities and supply ordering.
Respond to customer enquiries.
Organise meetings, manage events, and take minutes.
Maintain records, computer files, databases.
Requirements:-
Must have at least 3 yrs of experience or a bachelor's degree or higher if you do not have relevant work experience
Experience in payroll.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with policies, processes and compliance.
