Events Specialist

Create Experiences that Bring the MAS Brand to Life

Events are a powerful way MAS connects with Members, prospects, and partners, and we're looking for an Events Specialist to design and deliver standout experiences that truly reflect who we are.

This is a hands-on, influential role where you'll act as the subject matter expert for events, setting best practice and ensuring every experience brings MAS's brand, purpose, and values to life.

There is a requirement for travel and also flexible working required including weekends and evenings.

Will consider candidates based in Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch.

What you'll do:

• Design, plan, and deliver high-impact events that strengthen relationships and engagement
• Partner across teams to ensure events align to MAS's brand promise and strategic objectives
• Act as the champion for event best practice, quality, and innovation
• Manage end-to-end delivery with autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail
• Support MAS's presence and relationships across Members, prospects, and partners
