Personal Assistant-Coordinator/Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced assistant to partner with one of our group. This is a part-time role, working up to 10 hours a week, for three months to the end of August/September 2025, but could extend. You’ll report directly to the individual concerned who will be based on Waiheke Island and working from home is an option, as is flexibility around hours/days and potentially live-in for the right candidate however due to the close nature of this, preference will be given to male applicants.

Who you are -You are an experienced Personal Assistant, life/Wellness Coach or similar, maybe familiar with the design industry and with at least 3 years’ experience in a professional environment. You thrive in small, agile teams and you love to solve problems.
You are a visual thinker with excellent attention to detail and you love to take on responsibility. You are curious and hungry and are looking for a role that will enable you to use your organisational and people skills and where you can grow professionally and personally.
The Role –
Working directly with our college, you will be at the forefront of the establishment and implementation of a framework for a transition to work following a long period of illness. Our college is Neurodivergent and needs your support, so initially you will be working to provide the organisation and the structure in his personal life, leading up to the implementation of the planned transition back to work.Although initially a short-term opportunity, this is a crucial role and your involvement will be key to the success of things and the writing of your own job description long term.

- You are personable, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable and have excellent attention to detail as well as confident research and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- You have the ability to work independently to pick up new skills quickly and to set goals and develop achievable timelines to meet them.
- You have the understanding of the structure and process of the preparation of reports and presentation proposals.
- You are comfortable coordinating others, managing budgets, contracts and deliverables and have an understanding of IMS and QMS systems and procedures.
- You have a desire to thrive, the curiosity to learn and have the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
