The Role

You'll be leading structural formwork crews on high-rise projects, staying hands-on and setting the standard for safety, quality, and productivity.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Leading and supervising formwork crews across full FRP scopes
• Coordinating labour, crane time, and daily site activities
• Reading and interpreting drawings and sequencing work correctly
• Working on the tools when required to keep production moving
• Running pre-starts and maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Proven high-rise structural formwork experience
• Foreman-level experience on commercial projects
• Confident leading crews and working on the tools when needed
• Strong understanding of FRP processes, drawings, and sequencing
• Solid safety mindset and reliable site leadership
• Ability to relocate to Brisbane at your own cost
