The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our growing team on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours per week).
This role would perfectly suit someone returning to the workforce who has a solid technical background and enjoys customer interaction and order coordination.
  • You’ll work closely with our technical and sales teams to:
  • Take and process customer orders for IT hardware, software, and licensing.
  • Prepare quotations and supplier orders for PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, and related products.
  • Manage subscription renewals and licensing through major vendors (Microsoft 365, Sophos, Scale Computing, etc.).
  • Liaise with customers to confirm configurations, delivery dates, and post-sale support details.
  • Keep supplier price lists, stock data, margin analysis and CRM records up to date.

About You

You’ll be confident dealing with both customers and suppliers and have a good understanding of current IT hardware and software. You might have worked previously as a technical administrator, IT co-ordinator, or office manager in an IT-focused environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has practical experience configuring PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • Understands how software licensing and subscriptions are managed.
  • Is detail-oriented and well-organised.
  • Enjoys helping customers and building relationships.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
