  • Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleThe Service Manager is responsible for service delivery processes, including management of financial performance, activity and production planning, health targets, human resource management, quality and risk management, certification and accreditation, clinical pathway development and other service delivery improvements within the service.The objectives of the Service Manager are to achieve the delivery of clinical and operationalservices to the relevant services by:providing leadership and management to the services, acting as a role modelensuring human resource management activities are undertaken appropriately for all staff, in conjunction with Professional Leaders where appropriatepartnering with the operations team to ensure both service and operational requirements and responsibilities are met.View position description About youEssential:Diploma or bachelor qualification in a relevant field (e.g.
commerce, health or business management)High standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates a high level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills
