Roofing Operations Manager
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the roofing industry.

As our operations Manager, you will be responsible for:- Workflow planning – Attend workflow and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Scheduling and staff management – Oversee daily schedules and manage team resources effectively.
- Staff development – Support training and growth opportunities for team members.
- Quality assurance – Prepare Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for individual work sites.
- Small project pricing – Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage financial and contractual elements, and maintain high-standard project reporting.
- Customer communication – Keep clients informed of expected timeframes and any changes.
- Health & safety compliance – Ensure staff are inducted and company policies are implemented on-site.
- Job management – Provide plans, specifications, and technical support to staff; liaise with Project Managers to meet deadlines.
- Plant and gear management – Oversee equipment and ensure it’s maintained and available as needed.
- Project support – Step in to assist with project delivery when required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial and residential roofing
- Proven prior experience in an Operations Manager role or similar
- Class 1 Full licence
