About the role:

Do you have a passion for technology, completed a degree in business or technology and are looking for your next career move.

Have you had experience in pre-sales or Sales support in a technology company, and you are keen now to work with clients looking for technology resources/skills and join the recruitment industry?

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of clients and candidates, build strong commercial relationships, and drive new business opportunities across the IT sector. No two days are the same, you’ll be problem-solving, networking, pitching, and partnering with some of the most exciting companies.

You will:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of IT clients
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, CIOs, and tech leaders
  • Understand technical requirements and match the right talent
  • Present solutions that help clients scale their technology workforce
  • Grow revenue through new and existing accounts
  • Work closely with a high-performing team that loves what they do

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

  • Experience in IT sales, Tech recruitment, or Account management (agency and / or in-house)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset, be comfortable driving business growth
  • Curiosity about technology and how it impacts organisations
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Motivation to exceed targets and earn industry-leading commission
