Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role This role will help us deliver ACC's purpose by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver strategic communication and engagement approaches.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can take a strong lead on issues management and is not hesitant to roll up their sleeves to get the work done.' As a senior advisor to the business, you will be comfortable collaborating with leaders and people across ACC to understand their business problems and develop communications and engagement solutions that deliver results.
You will work within a team focused on the needs of our broad range of stakeholders, customers and clients, using data and insights to design approaches and drive continuous improvement.Reactive issue management will be a key aspect of the role, requiring a considered approach from an experienced and confident practitioner.' When it comes to executing, you will have the support of the broader team, which includes content creators, digital marketers and media engagement specialists.
You'll know how to operate within an integrated team but, will also be motivated and energised by rolling-up your own sleeves and getting stuck into the doing yourself.
The base salary range for this role is $101,287- $125,200 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

You will have experience building strong relationships that allow you to deliver exceptional outcomes.' To be effective, you'll be comfortable pushing back on requests for support that will take your focus and attention away from higher-impact initiatives.
This role requires someone who is comfortable in complex and at times ambiguous environments, able to rely on their experience and questioning skills to get to the bottom of what needs to be done.Based on this, we're looking for someone with solid experience in senior communications roles, looking for a role they can own and make a difference in.
Ideally you will have a qualification in communications and at least five-years' experience in communications delivery.
