Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a great team, managing exciting interiors projects throughout the Waikato region. If you have a strong background in project management and a solid commercial (QS) understanding of the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple interiors projects ranging from $500k to $4 million.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of contracts management, from pre-construction to project completion.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site/project management, specifically in the construction sector, ideally interiors/re-furb.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and costs effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
