- shaping policy and regulation for network pricing issues, such as connection pricing policies for load and generation, promotion of pricing that enables businesses and consumers to use electricity and invest efficiently, and stewardship for the New Zealand Transmission Pricing Methodology.You will work on a variety of interesting projects and engage directly with sector participants and senior decision-makers at the Authority.
- ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectorsStrong policy writing skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise briefings and formal advice for senior stakeholdersProven ability to produce high-quality, evidence-based work, often within complex or ambiguous problem spacesExperience engaging with industry, government, iwi, or community stakeholdersFamiliarity with electricity sector dynamics and participant incentives (preferred, but not essential)Why work with us?Electricity plays a critical role in the quality of our lives and businesses.
