This is a hands on position, leading a team of 3 -5 people across a broad range of landscape projects.
The type of work we do includes:
- Installing steel/timber edging.
- Earthworks.
- Irrigation installation.
- Planting on commercial & residential projects.
- Installing timber retaining walls.
- Lawn preparation/install.
- Installing pathways/driveways (no paving work).
- Previous experience in a landscaping leadership role.
- Self motivated & able to motivate a team, even on the toughest projects.
- Good time management.
- Physically fit.
- Lead by example.
- Able to lead a team effectively on a range of projects.
- Experience with budget control.
Remuneration package:
- Work vehicle (for work purposes only).
- Company phone.
- Full staff uniform.
- Pay rate between $335 - $40 per hour, depending on experience.
