Cromwell Library Team Lead
You’ll drive community engagement through programmes and events, manage budgets and performance, and work with the wider libraries team to deliver consistent, future-focused services across the district.
This role plays a key part in delivering the strategic vision of Central Otago District Libraries by leading a vital community hub and ensuring services are responsive, relevant, and future-focused.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how the library connects with its community, respond to evolving customer needs, and lead change in a dynamic environment. Key challenges include balancing day-to-day operations with strategic priorities, maximising resources, and ensuring the library remains a vibrant, inclusive, and valued community space.

- Strong leadership and communication skills
