We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our afternoon shift operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day production, managing Team Leaders, and driving a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders to ensure efficient and effective shift operations.
- Oversee production schedules, resource planning, and task allocation to meet KPIs and delivery targets.
- Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices in quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the warehouse.
- Act as the key liaison between the Warehouse Manager and frontline operations during the afternoon shift.
- Promote strong communication, teamwork, and accountability across all teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in leading leaders.
- Solid understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations and team dynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
