We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our afternoon shift operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day production, managing Team Leaders, and driving a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders to ensure efficient and effective shift operations.
• Oversee production schedules, resource planning, and task allocation to meet KPIs and delivery targets.
• Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices in quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the warehouse.
• Act as the key liaison between the Warehouse Manager and frontline operations during the afternoon shift.
• Promote strong communication, teamwork, and accountability across all teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in leading leaders.
• Solid understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations and team dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
