The Role
We are looking for an exceptional female Support Worker to join our team, supporting three women with intellectual disabilities. This is a female-only position as requested by the women we support, to ensure their comfort, privacy, and personal preferences are respected.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing challenging behaviours and a strong understanding of intellectual disabilities. You will also be confident in providing personal care, maintaining professional boundaries, and promoting independence.This is a part-time role of 24 hours per fortnight, working on weekdays.

As a highly adaptable individual, you must be able to take on new challenges with ease and work well both in a team and independently.
In addition to this, you must:
- Be willing to undergo Criminal and Oranga Tamariki checks.
- Have a FULL NEW ZEALAND driver’s licence
- Only Candidates with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this position.
