Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Thai dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Follow traditional recipes and create special dishes when required.
- Manage cooking stations, including wok, grill, and curry preparation.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service deadlines.
- May plan menus and estimate food requirements.
- Minimum 1 years’ proven experience in cooking Thai cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Thai ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum hours of work 30 to maximum 35 hours per week.
