  • Operate kitchen equipment such as tandoor ovens, gas burners, and commercial fryers.
  • Ensure food is prepared hygienically and safely, complying with food safety regulations in New Zealand.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Work efficiently in a team to ensure timely service during busy hours.
