- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Deliver exceptional service to patients, clinicians, and staff.Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.Greet and assist patients professionally, referring unwell or infirm patients to nursing staff as needed.Booking & Data Management:Manage referrals and bookings based on clinical priority and MoH targets.Ensure accuracy in all data entry and booking communication.Maximise clinic utilisation and reduce cancellations by adhering to booking timelines.Prepare clinics and manage outcomes in line with business rules and National Patient Flow guidelines.Coordinate inpatient surgical bookings and maintain accurate, synchronised waitlists.Communication & Teamwork:Role model professional, respectful, and clear communication.Support a collaborative and high-functioning team environment.Maintain confidentiality and proactively engage with feedback.About YouEssential Skills & Experience:Strong focus on customer service
