Experienced painting foreman

Established over the past 60 years as the preferred service in all aspects of the commercial, industrial & domestic painting and decorating industry.

We have a need for experienced foreman who can deliver quality projects for our clients.

To be successful in the role we would expect you to have all / most of the following:

• Experience as a commercial skilled painter (Minimum 10 years)
• Time as a Foreman running small projects preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage expectations with the customer.
• Ability to provide a quality finish within the allocated hours to an acceptable standard.
• Sound knowledge of your trade and the products / tools associated.
• The ability to train and up skill apprentices and semi-skilled workers.
• Understanding of and ability to train and up skill to adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Site safe certification and a first aid certificate would be advantageous.
• Full drivers licence.

We will offer the successful applicant:

• Competitive pay rate $30+ dependent on experience with the availability of overtime
• Standard working week of 44 hours with anything over at overtime rates of time & a half
• Training and career progression within the business
• Three monthly paid work shouts
• After six months - 3 days of sick leave can be converted to "anything" days
• After two years - Up to $150 per year dental / optometrist or skin clinic reimbursement

• After 10 years - Five day holiday for two in the Gold Coast
