RESPONSIBILITIES
*. Preparing food according to recipes and standards*. Assisting with menu planning and development
*. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are
maintained
*. Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented
beautifully
*. Maintain accurate records of food costs and wastage
*. Managing food inventory and ordering
*. Ensure that health and safety standards in the kitchen are met at all times
*. Continuosly develop and innovate new dishes to enhance the menu
REQUIREMENTS
*. Pastry and Chef de Partie or similar with at least two years demonstrable relevant workexperience
*. Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and cuisines
*. Strong leadership and management skills
*. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*. Food Hygiene & Safety Qualification, but not essential
*. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
