We are seeking an EWRB registered electrician plus an experienced apprentice to join our team. Someone that can perform a wide range of electrical duties including installations, repairs, and maintenance work in both residential homes and commercial properties.

We are looking for a skilled, motivated electrician to join our team.
Position Overview:We are seeking an EWRB registered electrician plus an experienced apprentice to join our team. Someone that can perform a wide range of electrical duties including installations, repairs, and maintenance work in both residential homes and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate can work independently or within a team and have strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to health & safety and professionalism. This position will be full-time for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret technical drawings, and electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance
- Perform panel upgrades, lighting installations, wiring, and conduit runs
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and clients as needed as well as help junior staff when needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures
- Valid EWRB license (NZ Registered) / training licence
- 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
- Solid understanding of national electrical regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Have NZ Residency/Citizenship
- Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
