What you’ll be doing- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnosing faults using modern tools and scanners, and fixing them right, first time.
- Reading wiring diagrams and assembly drawings with confidence.
- Keeping our work to the highest standard while staying safe and efficient.
- Supporting design improvements by spotting opportunities to simplify and strengthen builds.
- A relevant trade qualification or experience.
- Proven experience working across a variety of vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- An eye for detail, pride in your work, and commitment to safety.
- Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:
EITHER: an NZQF Level 4 qualification in automotive electrical engineering or overseas equivalent
OR: 3 minimum years’ experience working in an auto-electrical role – installing, maintaining, repairing electrical wiring and electronic components in motor vehicles.
The DetailsLocation: Kaimiro Street, Te Rapa, Hamilton
Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs
Day Shift Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.30pmand Friday 7.00am to 11.00am
Overtime Rate: Time and a half (for all hours over 40 per week)
