We are a well established and respected property rental and management company seeking a motivated and reliable Office Support / Property Management Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for a property graduate or university student looking to gain hands-on experience in the property management industry, with genuine opportunities to grow into a full-time role and eventually a Property Manager position.
About the Role
You will provide essential administrative and operational support to our property management team, gaining exposure to all aspects of residential property management.
Key responsibilities include:
General office and administrative supportManaging emails, documentation, and compliance requirements
Preparation of tenancy agreements and related paperwork
Trust account administration
Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
Ordering, scheduling, and following up on maintenance and repairs
Maintaining accurate records and property files
Using property management software (Palace experience is advantageous but not essential)
About You
You will be someone who is:
Well organised with strong attention to detailConfident with computers and everyday office systems
A clear and professional communicator (written and verbal)
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Previous administrative experience—especially within property management—is an advantage but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
