Inspections and Letting Agent

You will be working alongside our Portfolio Manager, assisting them with routine inspections, and finding new tenants for the homes we look after.

Requirements:
- Full Driver's License: A must-have for this position, as you'll be zipping around town to conduct inspections and hold viewings.
- Interest in Property Management: While previous experience or an interest in property management is ideal, we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
- People Skills and Reliability: Interacting with our tenants and future tenants requires excellent communication skills and reliability. We're looking for someone who can build rapport and be counted on to get the job done.
- Eye for Detail and Observant: Spotting potential issues or opportunities is crucial in property management. We need someone with a keen eye for detail, and who is observant in all situations.
- Not Afraid of the Unknown: Property management can be unpredictable, but we thrive on challenges. We're seeking someone who embraces the unknown with enthusiasm, and is ready to tackle any situation head-on, while being backed with great support.
