Are you passionate about people and property, and seeking an exciting opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of property management? Our small, established business, covering the North Shore and Rodney area, is on the lookout for a dedicated Inspection and Letting Agent to join our growing team.

You will be working alongside our Portfolio Manager, assisting them with routine inspections, and finding new tenants for the homes we look after.

Requirements:

  • Full Driver's License: A must-have for this position, as you'll be zipping around town to conduct inspections and hold viewings.
  • Interest in Property Management: While previous experience or an interest in property management is ideal, we welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, who are eager to learn and grow in the field.
  • People Skills and Reliability: Interacting with our tenants and future tenants requires excellent communication skills and reliability. We're looking for someone who can build rapport and be counted on to get the job done.
  • Eye for Detail and Observant: Spotting potential issues or opportunities is crucial in property management. We need someone with a keen eye for detail, and who is observant in all situations.
  • Not Afraid of the Unknown: Property management can be unpredictable, but we thrive on challenges. We're seeking someone who embraces the unknown with enthusiasm, and is ready to tackle any situation head-on, while being backed with great support.
  • Training Provided: Don't worry if you're new to the industry. We provide ample training and support to help you hit the ground running!
