Qualified Builder / Project Manager

White Wood Homes is a respected, family-owned residential building company based in Cambridge, delivering quality homes across the Waikato. We’re known for strong communication, thoughtful design collaboration, and builds that are run properly from start to finish.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Experienced Builder who can confidently step into a Project Management role - someone who can manage trades and timelines, and is happy to complete time on the tools between management.
You will be responsible for:- Managing residential builds from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining build programmes and timelines
- Ensuring quality control on site
- Client communication throughout the build
- Jumping on the tools when required
- Variety of projects – no repetitive, cookie-cutter builds.
