Project Manager – Residential Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-end residential homes from site establishment through to Code of Compliance. You’ll take full ownership of programme, budget, quality, and subcontractor performance, ensuring every build is delivered to an exceptional standard.

This role suits a trade-qualified or construction-experienced professional who understands premium detailing, values strong systems and leads confidently on site. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure a seamless build experience and outstanding finished product.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects in NZ
• Strong knowledge of sequencing and subcontractor management
• Excellent programme, cost control, and quality assurance capability
• Professional communication style and a hands-on leadership approach
