We like innovative ideas and are always interested in new ways of doing things. We love it when our team see opportunities to really make our business flourish.

In return, we offer a team leader pay rate, flexible hours, a great team culture and a positive, supportive environment.

  • Working closely with our Guides, Café team, Marketing and other team members.
  • An interest in our beautiful retail that showcases Maori, local and eco products.
  • Your ability to contribute to a multi-award winning visitor experience and culture.

Values

Our team members contribute to a company culture based on our vision, mission, and core values: manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, whanaungatanga, mauri ora, kotahitanga and tino rangatiratanga

About the team

Our Admissions Team are the welcoming face of our organisation. They are the first point-of contact for manuhiri from around the motu and world, whether by phone, email or kanohi ki te kanohi. • Knowledge of booking systems, such as IBIS, would be an advantage.
  • A relevant qualification that would support your ability to carry out the role.
