This 0.8FTE, 12-month fixed-term role provides a valuable pathway toward clinical education and professional growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.As a Clinical Coach, you will play a key role in supporting the skill development of new nursing staff, while also enhancing the capabilities of our existing nursing and Healthcare Assistant (HCA) workforce.
This position offers flexible days between Monday to Friday, with negotiable hours typically between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm.Key responsibilities:Provide hands-on support to the Nurse Educator in delivering education and training programs.Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, helping to develop and implement best practices.Assist in conflict resolution, offer performance feedback, and coach staff to strengthen team effectiveness and morale.
About youOur successful candidate will have:Current link nurse status is essential.Completion of a preceptorship course is highly advantageous.Current Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP) registration preferred, but not mandatory.Experience within NRTExperience in a champion or leadership role is beneficial.
